Had a perfect stay at Wes’s lovely place. I was a solo female traveler and felt safe there. It was also quiet but central. Would definitely recommend!

I had a cozy 3 month stay at Wes’ condo. The couch and bed are very comfortable! It’s generally pretty quiet with the exception of the trains periodically passing by. I didn’t hear neighbors at all. I liked that it was centrally located to downtown and east Nashville, and being right off the highway made it easy to get around. Plenty of good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The parking spot in the garage was super convenient as well and made me feel safe to have that extra security!

Wes was a wonderful host, who quickly and politely responded to all of our questions and inquiries. He was very attentive host. The place is as described and garage parking is very convenient for this part of town.
