This is a quiet neighborhood with everything you could possibly need within a couple miles. There are a lot of new developments and homes being built all around. A lot of restaurants, coffee houses, brewery's and bars are located in walking distance! We utilize Uber and Lyft, constantly. You can normally get anywhere you want to go for less than $10. There is also a bus stop around the corner as well, if you want to go that route.

Bedroom 3 - Very similar to Bedroom 2 in that it has two Queen sized beds with another large bathroom suite with double vanities and a shower. The closet isn't quite as large but still a large offers a large Walk-In closet. Lastly, we have an oversize couch that provides lots of room to relax and could easily sleep a couple of adults. We also check in from time to time to make sure everyone is having a BLAST! The area is made up about 90% brand new homes very similar to this one. The make up is mostly young professionals and small families. Everyone likes to have fun but it's a quiet respectful community... it's the Nashville way! There is plenty of parking in the garage (2 cars) and on the street. The home is right off Charlotte Avenue close to downtown so it's super easy access around town. Walk, Lyft, Uber, Scooters , Bus, etc.... lots of cheap options for getting around. :) Private Two Car garage with garage door opener and private access to home from inside.

Welcome to our family condo in the heart of The Great Smokie Mountains! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. We know you will enjoy it as much as we do. While we are on top of the mountain, we are only a couple miles from the Gatlinburg strip or a quick drive to all the fun things it has to offer - Anakeesta, Ober Mtn, Ripley's Museum & only 8 miles from Pigeon Forge and all it offers, like Dollywood! Plenty of outdoor activities as well like Fishing, Hiking, Golf, and more! Our space is a one level condo on the ground level of the building with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and full-size kitchen. Master Bedroom has a king size bed and full bedroom suit with a television as well. The master bath consists of a large whirlpool tub and shower combo. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds in each with bedroom sets and televisions as well. There is a roll away bed that is stored in the bedroom closet that you are welcome to put wherever you like. Also, the couch pull out into a full size bed as well. There is plenty of free parking onsite. Our home is located in a 36 unit development. We ask that you be respectful of our neighbors in the complex.

Welcome to our Lake House! Get the S'mores ready and bring your whole crew! and watch out for BIGFOOT! Our Family has made some wonderful memories here over the years and want you to as well. This is the perfect place unplug & get some peace & quiet! Perfect for hunting, fishing, and water enthusiasts (boats are welcome but not included, plenty of parking). It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina w a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation and/or adventures begin! Don't fret about Bigfoot tho, while he stands about 12 ft tall, he's made of metal and doesn't move so he's friendly (haha). Our cabin is a 3-bedroom, 2 full baths with plenty of space for socializing inside and out (large screened in porch). It boasts 1 King Size bed in one bedroom, two Queens in the other, and lastly two bunk beds with a Full and two Twins each (in the kids' room). Also, there is a futon and a couple of couches one of which is a sectional. Honestly, if you don't mind sleeping on a couch, you can sleep 18 adults comfortably here. Tons of parking available in the private driveway! High Speed internet, three large flat screen Smart TVs and a DVD player. We want our guests to enjoy themselves to fullest while being respectful of our home and themselves! Furry friends are more than welcome as well as long as they are cleaned up after accordingly when they go potty, shed, etc. Woof! Guests will be given a code to the lockbox as well as all pertinent info for the internet so that they can enter the home and have everything prior to their arrival. We give our guests privacy during their stay but are available by phone, if needed. The cabin is by itself for the most part on top of the hill with the Marina and river across the street. Then, there are a couple restaurants / gas station markets close by in case you forget your toothbrush! Then, the city of Parsons is a few miles west as well with has some country cooking restaurants, a delicious Mexican Restaurant, fast food, etc.

You will have our entire home to yourself. We are located inside the Boutique condo building at Neo, one of Nashville's most sought after short term rental complexes! This property was designed to offer the best possible experience for all of our guests. Our condo is immaculately designed and has all the bells and whistles throughout! It boasts downtown views from the patio off the living room with free parking onsite. The building itself is as secure as they come, it requires a personal entry code for guests to enter. Guests will have access to all our amenities including a small gym and a rooftop patio with a fireplace and unbelievable views of Downtown! Guests will be alone in our condo. We will not bother you during your stay, but are readily available if you have any questions or need any assistance. We know all the hot spots around town as well, if you need a rec or two :)

Welcome! This cozy 2 bedroom / 1 bath home is in a quiet neighborhood plotted nicely between Nashville Intl Airport (BNA) and Downtown Nashville. Just 4 miles away from the Ryman Auditorium, Honky Tonks on Broadway, trendy East Nashville, Nissan Stadium, Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena & lots of great restaurants. Or, hop on Briley Pkwy to head over to the Grand Ole Opry, Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center, and Opry Mills Mall all of which are less than 5 miles away. This home is kept professionally cleaned and equipped with everything needed to enjoy your stay! We try to fit everyone's tastes and needs the best we can. There are two brand new Ashley Sierra sleep mattresses (one soft and one firm) as well as a super comfy sectional couch and an additional full size couch as well. The home also includes High Speed internet & WiFi. Smart TV and Roku, Keurig, plenty of clean towels, bath cloths, extra pillows, sheets, blankets, etc. **The fence in the backyard was removed due to some damage to it caused by the weather. :/ We understand that travel can be challenging so we have an electronic door lock on the front door in case we can't be there so our guests can check in whenever needed. There is plenty of space to park up to 3 cars in the driveway. But, if you don't have a car, no problem. It is only a short / inexpensive Uber or Taxi ride from the airport to the house then anywhere else you want to go. We are located only a few miles from the home and are readily available when needed. Also, we are happy to help with recommendations on places to visit. The neighborhood is a nice quiet place with mostly families living there with easy access in and out. Please be respectful of your surroundings as they will be respectful to you. Also, there are several grocery stores, gas stations and pharmacies close by just in case you forget your toothbrush! :) There is plenty of parking at the home if you have a car/s with easy access in and out of the neighborhood. No car, no worries! There are a lot of options for getting around in town - Uber, Cabs/Taxis, Bus etc. Personally, I prefer the Uber app, you can get to most all the attractions the city has to offer for less than $10 using Uber.
