What a wonderful place! Wes's place was fantastic - GREAT location - very walkable to get downtown and Germantown is also right there. Lots of restaurants and also great places to walk dogs! The place was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when visiting. Thanks for a memorable time Wes and Nashville!

Second stay at this location when passing through Nashville. I enjoy the proximity to downtown, a nice walk to the action but far enough from the noise. The area continues to improve with more local businesses popping up. I have a tendency to over-communicate and Wes was always responsive and helpful. I will seek to stay here again on my next trip to Nashville.
