Condo in the Smokies! 2 miles to Gatlinburg 5 Beds

Devendra, I'm sorry you didn't like our home, but your review makes ZERO SENSE to me! First off, I recommend you look up what a basement actually is because condo buildings don't have basements. Basements typically have walls that are up against or under ground. Our condo is on the bottom floor of our complex which is noted in the listing, but nothing about it is underground and there is a 2 story drop off from the balcony area. Basements don't have balconies. The floors were sticky because they had just been cleaned prior to your arrival as we had guests check out that morning. You clearly didn't read what was included on the listing page because every single thing listed as "available" was in our condo. That's another mistake on your part. The couch is leather and has been used so it does show some wear and tear, but it's not dirty. The beds go with the rustic theme and also are not brand new. There are mountain views from our condo that you can see in our listing pictures from the window. We did add some drone photos as well, sorry if you can't tell those apart from the ones from the unit. I would think the condo building pictures from above would be a dead give away, but I guess you couldn't. There are killer views from the resident viewing deck at the building as well which is also mentioned in the listing, but we already know you didn't read that. My advice to you moving forward is instead only looking at the pictures for a listing, you will need to read the description of the listing as well. Not worth the money? Whatever you say, everyone else seems to like it. Good luck finding a home to rent that has all brand new furnishings and has beautiful unobstructed sweeping views of everything around it all for $180 a night. You'll be looking for a while. Be well.
